Ich führe die wichtigsten Begriffe der Ernährungslehre ein und zeige alltagstaugliche Hacks um eine ausgewogene Ernährung mit wenig Aufwand zu realisieren.\n\nIn diesem Vortrag werden die wichtigsten Begriffe der Ernährungslehre, wie z. B. Kilokalorien, Makro- und Mikronährstoffe eingeführt und die Zusammenhänge aufgezeigt. Ich werde darauf eingehen, welche Nährstoff in welcher Menge zugeführt werden sollten und welche Aufgaben diese in unserem Körper erfüllen um uns fit und leistungsfähig zu halten. \n\nIch zeige die Parallelen der Ernährung von Sportlern zu einer generellen \"High-Performance-Ernährung\" auf und zeige hierbei insbesondere welche Vorteile es hat die vom Körper benötigten Nährstoffe in ausreichender Menge zuzuführen. \n\nNeben all der Klärung von Fachbegriffen und all den wichtigen und weniger wichtigen Zahlen will ich eine Handreichung bieten um es allen Nerds so leicht wie möglich zu machen sich ohne großen Aufwand im Alltag bewusster und ausgwogener zu ernähren und somit ihre körperliche und geistigen Ziele zu erreichen. \n\nAuch werde ich mit einigen Ernährungsmythen aufräumen.\n\nDieser Vortrag ist keine Anleitung zur Gewichtsreduktion oder zu irgendeiner speziellen
